Designing and Constructing Ecologically Sensitive and Functional Outdoor Living Spaces

Excerpt from March 2019 Newsletter

The landscape division has been steadily working away this winter. The rainy days are still full of activity with design and permitting projects while our field technicians have also remained busy throughout the winter despite what Mother Nature has sent our way.

Our schedule is filled with many exciting projects, but one in particular we can talk about is the work currently taking place on the "Parking Lot Alive" installation at Adkins Arboretum. This bay-friendly project is a series of ESD (Environmentally Sustainable Design) applications which will treat the surface water in the main parking areas at the Arboretum and includes a footbridge over one of the micro-bio-retention systems for up and personal viewing. Check out our Facebook page and Instagram account for progress updates.

The final touches are being added to our Landscape Design Center in our main office building where we will continue to welcome visitors looking for inspiration and to work with our landscape design team on your master plan or current project. The design center will feature stone, brick, and concrete product samples for retaining walls, patios, and driveways; low voltage lighting and irrigation product lines; quality outdoor furniture, shade umbrellas, hammocks, fire pits and other outdoor living amenities; along with our high quality lines of pottery, fountains and garden sculpture.

Stop by to meet with our team and be inspired.
